5 lessons from 2024

What I have learned the hard war this year

Here we are, the last days of 2024!

For this last one, I just want to share the last nuggets to end the year and get well into 2025 :)

⭐ Lessons from 2024:

Knowing that it was a year focused on hard work and flow rather than big “feats”, here are the lessons I drew from the year:

🎯 It's all about intention:

At the beginning of the year, I said I was going to focus on my physical and mental health and on building a more solid ground structure for the future.

And that's exactly what happened.

Okay, I found it “boring”, but I'm not the same person anymore. The craziest thing is that every year, the intention comes true, even in unexpected ways (wink to 2022).

Set your intentions well, you're likely to realize them :)

🌟 Achievements are a reflection of who you are

Your results are a reflection of your posture, your beliefs, your choices, your actions, your skills...

To break the glass ceiling, you have to reinvent yourself.

That's why I knew I'd need my “bubble” in 2024 to achieve the transformation I needed for the future, especially in terms of relationships.

In these difficult times, your resilience, clarity of mind, creativity and ability to hold on to a vision will make all the difference.

⏳ We always pay later...

We pay for our actions... and inactions... deferred!

We can create debt or positive ROI.

This year, I reaped the fruits of seeds planted in 2022...

But I also realized that having left some things aside during the summer to concentrate on others forced me to catch up in the autumn...

I've learned this the last few years:

  • You stop prospecting or your marketing actions, you're going to have a drop in results in a few months, not necessarily right away.

  • If you eat badly or let yourself go, you'll feel it in your body in a few weeks.

  • If you neglect your relationships, you'll pay for it over the months and years.

Be vigilant about what you sow AND what you don't sow, but which is necessary for the next season.

No deadline, no end, no achievement

Do you have several projects and goals at the same time? The best way to create chaos is not to set a deadline, especially if you have a perfectionist and/or multipotential tendency.

Since I didn't set myself any big goals this year, I noticed that I let too many things drag on, only to realize that it was too late, including the release of a book and an event. I made this mistake...

For 2025: Set yourself deadlines, even if they're checkpoints.

💎 The power of networking and entourage

It's amazing how opportunities, ideas and events can come about through encounters.

Staying on your own means taking the risk of missing out on a lot, and above all, keeping your head down.

In 2024, I joined different networks and met people from totally different professions, backgrounds and worlds. It created a lot of new opportunities for me, as well as changing my mind.
