7 rules for a freer, more peaceful & meaningful life

Towards greater harmony, peace and serenity

I think we share the same values of freedom, authenticity and serenity, which means being able to be yourself, surrounding yourself well and developing projects that make sense.

⭐ 7 rules for a more serene life

I've created a life and business model 100% aligned with me, particularly my needs for freedom, security and fulfillment.

To create these, you already need to understand your own modus operandi:

I need calm, I'm introverted, I need variety in projects (multipotentiality) and I need to have time, especially in the morning when I wake up and for sport...

Over the past 15 years, I've worked to create a lifestyle model that allows me this freedom, and above all to respect my own way of functioning. To achieve this, I've established a number of rules:

Rule 1: Protect your time, energy and circle

It's vital to be clear about what matters, and especially WHAT matters! Time and energy are precious, which is why I avoid letting them be drained by anything and anyone... I stay away from dramas and stories, and avoid criticizing others.

Rule 2: Live below your means

Honestly, I like simple things, I'm not a big spender. I'll sometimes put a price on things according to my standards (which is precisely what counts). However, most of my money is invested (for the long term) and reinvested in my own projects, as well as my own learning. I can't consider accompanying and advising people without continuing to update myself.

Rule 3: Always remain curious

I believe I can learn from everyone and everything, whatever the context :) I continue to train, to take an interest in many different subjects, to meet passionate people...

Rule 4: Follow and respect my intuition and my values

In my choices, my relationships, my projects... I always respect my value system. It's non-negotiable! They serve as my compass and are correlated with my intuition, which I always listen to! I've created my own radar (based on my feelings) to quickly make choices that respect me.

Rule 5: Stay free and independent (don't depend on the outside)

I avoid depending on outside elements as much as possible, whether in life or in business. This is also why money is important to me (it gives me a choice). I avoid depending: on others (within limits, because it's almost impossible in an interconnected world where we all have a role), on algorithms, on things I can't control...

Nor do I base my esteem and confidence on external elements, concentrating instead on my own assets and choices (what I can control).

Rule 6: Don't force anything, everything is fair

I give my best, I do my best, I learn and improve, but I accept what doesn't belong to me. If it's not meant to be, too bad, there's another door waiting for me...

I never force a relationship, a sale, a project... It's the balance between effort and letting go. I'm also experienced enough to know that good things come with patience and fluidity.

Rule 7: Keep your child’s soul spirit

I played soccer in the garden with my thirty-something friends at a barbecue, I still play video games, I still collect Dragon Ball cards, I like to buy “toys” (I admit sometimes more expensive), I'm the first to throw myself on a swing or a playground!

I like to have too much fun and I hate taking everything so seriously! As my own customers say in their testimonials: We have fun, we laugh, but we work!

I'm motivated by the desire to learn, I want to be amazed again.
